| This demo script will show you how we can answer your calls on your behalf. This is the first page of the script that pops up when we answer your calls. As you can see, your company name will be displayed in the grey area above along with the callers name (displayed when name is entered.) The black text on the yellow background shows our agents any additional information we are authorised to give to the caller if required, and the text in green is read out to the caller as scripted by you. |

| As you can see in this basic example, we always first ask the caller for their contact name and number, then we will follow the script according to your requirements; all information we take from the caller is entered into the boxes provided. We can deal with any number of enquiries for you ranging from New Enquiries, Quotes, Processing Web Orders, Product Availability and many more. This example script just deals with New Enquiries. |
