Have an ‘Out-of-hours’ greeting automatically played to your customer giving them 2 options to select in case of emergency. Each option will then divert the call to a pre-determined landline or mobile number.

e.g. Letting Agency : Option 1 – Emergency Gas Engineer, Option 2 – Emergency Plumber.

This could save out of hours staff having to constantly pass mobile phones between themselves when one takes over from the other.
