Call Patching
When expecting a call from priority customers who you need to respond to immediately, our Call Angels can transfer certain calls straight to your mobile or office.
We can set this up to be flexible to your needs and transfer any specific type of call, or even all of them through to yourself or any specified member of your team.
What will happen:
- We will answer the call in your company’s name and take the callers name and nature of enquiry. We then call through to yourself and let you know who the caller is and why they are calling.
- You can then decide if you would like to take the call and we can put them through to you.
- We can relay any message to them you want to give.
- If you are unable to take the call then we can simply take their contact details and txt message and/or email them across to yourself.
