This is a fantastic bolt-on which can buy you some time answering multiple calls to potential customers. This will show customers a professional service by being on hold instead of being diverted to voicemail or ringing off, meaning you will not lose customers to your competitors. You can also help create a good rapour with customers before you answer the call by perhaps adding an Apology Announcement, letting customers know their call is recognised or you can even play music to brighten up their day by adding On Hold Music.

In addition we can supply Queue View giving you the ability to view how many callers are waiting in your queue. You will also find customers will only wait for so long before they hang up, so why not, if the calls are unanswered after say 20 seconds have the calls automatically diverted to one of our profressional Callangels staff?
