Message Taking

The basic message taking service costs only 87 pence per message.

We can filter out unwanted calls such as sales or wrong numbers, and do not charge for these.

A script will be designed for your company to enable the following:

We can answer the phone in your company name
Provide any information to the customer you would like
Take the nature of the enquiry and the customers contact details
Send this information to you via txt message and/or email

This system is designed to allow callers to believe that they have reached your company’s office (unless specified otherwise) and provide them with any details they need/take their information for you to call back at a more convenient time.

Telephone Answering can be ordered as a stand-alone service or be used in conjunction with one of our 01, 02, 03 or 08 telephone numbers.
