Whilst answering calls for your company we are able to place orders for your products/services for the customer that is calling.
You can provide us with a link to a page/website where we can place the order with the customer on the phone.
This can prevent you from having to call the customer back to take the order yourself and can also help to avoid the customer from shopping around further and placing the order through a competitor.
We can take reservations/bookings for your company and pass them through to yourself instantly. This can either be done via the message taking and sent through txt message and/or email.
Alternatively, if you have a specific booking system set up online, provide us with a link to that and we can place the bookings on there for you.
