Number Presentation

Number presentation provides you with the number that your caller has dialled before you answer the call so you know it is a business enquiry and can therefore answer the call accordingly.

This works very well for home workers, or small businesses using the same phone line for business and leisure use, enabling you to tell the difference between the two types of inbound call before you answer the phone and therefore maintain a professional image to your customer while not having to answer the phone formally to friends and family.

This is also a great way of saving money on line rental and more practical as you do not need to have 2 phone lines to deal with business and leisure calls.

Additional features

Call Whisper

A pre-recorded announcement is played to you each time you receive a call via your marketing number before you answer the call, giving you warning that this is a business call. Compared to ‘Pre-Call Display’ this would be particularly useful if you were not in a position to see your telephone display when you answered the phone, perhaps when driving / using Bluetooth.

Pre-Call Display

This is where your marketing number is displayed on your handset / phone each time you receive a call via your marketing number before you answer the call, giving you warning that this is a business call.
