This is a fantastic and cost effective bolt-on in which you can nominate a second number for your calls to be seemlessly routed to if your current line is unable to take the call. You can design this to suit you when you feel you're more likely to need calls diverting.

You can route your calls using either a...

  • Unanswered plan - route calls if calls ring out
  • Busy plan - route calls when your line is busy
  • Time plan - when calls are unable to be answered at certain times of the day
  • Day plan - route calls on certain days, for example at weekends
  • Date plan - route calls on certain dates of the year - bank holidays, christmas etc.
